Posedla: custom saddles on Shopify Plus across four markets
Posedla makes custom cycling saddles using 3D printing and sells them from Czechia worldwide. I worked on its Shopify Plus store as a developer for several months, first in the Appfleece agency team and later directly for the brand.

The brand was growing from one market to global sales. It needed a store that handles several currencies with regional pricing, wholesale customers alongside direct sales and a link to its own ERP, while staying fast and easy to run.

- Shopify PlusRunning the store on Plus, including extended checkout customisation.
- Theme redesignA custom design system and a theme built with load speed in mind.
- Multi-currencyLocalised pricing and a geolocation redirect for visitors.

My work
UX and UI changes across the store, theme work, integrations within what the Shopify Plus plan allows, and selected parts of Posedla Academy, the educational section of the site.
I started on the project in the Appfleece team and later continued working with the brand directly.
